For many years I worked as an English teacher in Japan. I loved living in Japan. It's an incredible place, it's people and culture. I had a job during the day teaching at a junior high school and in the evenings I taught at cram schools and to private students.
The more successful I became as a teacher, I was able to charge higher rates. Most of Japanese friends also worked long hours so I just started getting used to leaving for work in the early mornings and coming home late in the evening. |
