[Job Description] Main Responsibilities: In the Service Delivery department, you will be in charge of the Front Office section. The mission of this section is the following: - To design and introduce new infrastructure components to support DJ business related to windows systems, web servers (Microsoft IIS) and network systems. - To operate and maintain Windows systems, web servers and network systems with cooperation with external companies. - To provide help desk support for a small call centre in Ariake (20 users) and Shirokane Headquarters (around 70 users) and provide second level support for issues that cannot be solved by the helpdesk team in charge of DJ other locations. - To provide support to other Service Delivery sections regarding your domain of expertise. Windows server and network equipment located in Fukui call center are handled by Fukui Service Delivery section with which you will cooperate on joined operations. You will manage your section which consists of 3 engineers. In direct relation with Business Users or other IT departments and with the support of your engineers you will propose solutions to solve their business problem and put them in place. You will deliver these solutions on time and within budget with good quality. You will plan and coordinate both maintenance and new projects. You will manage infrastructure and IT equipment related to Front Office, monitor efficiency of supported system/services through KPIs, keep high availability of Front Office systems, define and implement back-up and contingency plans related to your domain of responsibility, create/review operational manuals and ensure that they are applied by your staff. You will participate to the management of Technical Support division and to the definition of the IT strategy. You will carry out risk analysis within your section to limit the impact of issues, identify risks, plan and implement mitigation plans. You will train and nurture your staff to increase the efficiency of your section.

[Required Skills] Profile: [Must] -At least 2 years of experience as manager or team leader with ability to motivate, negotiate, convince and lead people. -Knowledge of Windows system with Active Directory or/and Network system. -Knowledge of hardware/software of Windows server and PC (Windows2000 and/or XP) -Over 3 years of experience of system administration of Windows systems or/and Network system. -Experience of vendors management. -At least Intermediate level of English communication skill -Native or 1st /2nd level of Japanese -Good documentation skills -Good time management skills [Better to have] -Experienced of working in financial industry -Understanding of FISC guidelines -Service Delivery best practices such as ITIL Character: -Having a strong sense of responsibility. -Ability to logically analyse and summarize. -Ability to flexibly deal with various situations. -High communication Ability. -Quick Learner with will to learn. -Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment. -customer focused -Achiever/doer - Problem solver, ready to dig into details and tackle issues when necessary.
