We are seeking multiple Bilingual Technical Support Engineers. This position will be focused on opportunities in
Japan but will also support other opportunities in the Asia PAC region. Strong technical knowledge with great communication skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

¡¤ Provide superior technical support service through identifying customer issues and offering solutions.

¡¤ Provide client support services to assist customers in solving problems.
 
¡¤ Provide technical support via live chat, email and/or telephone.
 
¡¤ Perform other related duties as required.



Experience:
 
¡¤ Degree in Computer Science and minimum of two ( 2 ) years of customer oriented engineering and support experience, or
 
¡¤ Certificate of Diploma in Computer Science and minimum of four ( 4 ) years of related experience.
 
 
Skills & Abilities:
 
¡¤ Fluent in both Japanese and English ( oral, written, reading and typing )
 
¡¤ Excellent oral and written communication skills
 
¡¤ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 
¡¤ Typing speed. 55wpm

¡¤ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 
¡¤ Willing to work in shifts to meet customers¡¯ needs

¡¤ Proficient with Windows-based systems and internet navigation
 
¡¤ Has Skype experience

¡¤ Broadband internet with high stability
 
¡¤ Previous experience in technical support via email, live chat, and phone
 
¡¤ Must be available immediately
