This position reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for a staff of 25. You will be responsible for General Accounting and Internal Controls for the Japan entity, as well as Financial Planning & Analysis for a division in Japan.
The position requires Excellent leadership skills with strong experience managing staff and possessing the ability to interface effectively with senior management. Prior experience working in a multinational environment. Strong financial background and a minimum of 10 years experience in Finance, Auditing & Accounting. Strong financial planning & analysis experience providing business advisory role to senior management. CPA or relevant professional knowledge is preferred.
Language skills: Fluent English; Japanese preferred but not essential.
