A Large American Investment Bank has asked us to search for their "VP Accounting & Finance" based in Tokyo. This isa prestigious firm and a good opportunity for someone to grow. The firm continues go grow in ASIA.
The description of the position follows:
VP Finance & Accounting
Salary = About 25-30 M-Yen Package (more for right person)This is the #2 position for Accounting and Finance and will replace the current SFO (Sr Financial Officer), in about 2 years, when he moves further up
in the Company. Must have Accounting & Product Control Knowledge (IBG Controller, Product
Control, Financial Control, Legal Entities), Product knowledge (Fixed
Income, Equities, Derivatives, Structured Products, etc).Must have Japanese Accounting/Regulatory Background. Must be fluent in Japanese (read, write, speak), but not necessarily a Japanese
National. Will be responsible for All Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Corporate
Reporting & Product Control. (20-31 people) They also need:
"Accountants & Product Controllers (Various Levels)" Salary = Depends on
Experience Accountants = Familiar with Japanese Regulations, Must Speak Japanese,
Prefer CPA/CA Product Controllers = Knowledge of Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities,
Structured Products, etc Product Controllers for all products - Credit, Capital Markets, Equities, etc.
