Having partnered with one of the world’s largest management consultancy groups in 2006, MCG Plc (www.mcgplc.com) a UK listed firm, we are currently undergoing a rapid, regional expansion and seeking exceptional Consultants to join our team.
Working closely with the Director of Consultancy Services you will scope, plan and deliver high level HR projects to blue chip clients across the Asia region and beyond. Liaise directly with the client to develop appropriate strategies to ensure their requirements are met, if not exceeded. Ensure your high quality projects are on time, on budget and on specification using our world class systems and processes.
Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in consultancy services you will have an indepth understanding of consultancy methodology, exceptional client management skills as well as a ‘can do’ attitude. Possessing strong project management, presentation skills as well as fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken), this is an exceptional role which offers a high degree of responsibility.
