April International is a specialty executive search firm for the financial industry, making placements in accounting, audit, finance, operations, risk and other finance areas.
We have a strong placement business in the Tokyo, Japan market and seek a bilingual English/Japanese recruiter with good business sense to help us fill the many openings we are working on for our clients.
We are looking for an ambitious recruiter for financial, accounting, audit, IT audit and other financial services executive search. Should have experience as a recruiter or experience in one of the above fields.
We have a very competitive compensation structure and an excellent reputation with our clients, top-tier securities, banking and investment banking firms. We recruit domestically, mainly for New York, and internationally, mainly for Tokyo, Japan. Japanese language could be a plus, but recruiting talent is the key factor.
