Job descriptions:
To provide professional consultation including phone and face-to-face consultations, case management, assessments and progress monitoring
To plan, prepare and deliver training workshops e.g. stress management, team building, people management skills, coaching skills
To assist Regional Manager in customer relationship management and marketing work
Job requirements
Master degree in Counseling, Psychology or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or counseling field.
Strong personal competence and professional integrity a must
Committed to serve working people and passionate in professional service and helping people to grow
Flexible to work in changing business environment
Good command in Japanese and English
