Manage client and candidate expectations throughout the process, always identifying further business where possible. Assist the Directors of Consultancy with project managing HR consultancy projects ensuring milestones are met, if not exceeded.  Degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience in a project management role you will have exceptional presentation, negotiating and influencing skills teamed with management skills. With a ‘can do’ flexible attitude, an interest in the executive search and consultancy industry as well as fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken are essential) this is an exceptional role which offers a high degree of responsibility.  Salzer Consulting offers you an above market rate package with sizeable bonuses, international travel and unrivalled career progression.
