Job descriptions:
To formulate business plan and solicit business development opportunities in Japan
To assist Managing Director to oversee the strategic business planning and implementing in Japan
To manage corporate accounts including customer servicing, reviewing of business performance and developing value-added solutions and action plans on a regular basis
To deliver professional talks or presentations and provide People management consultation to clients
To communicate with headquarter to handle administrative and financial matters
To operate the branch office and regular report to Managing Director and headquarter
Job requirements:
3 + years solid experience in business development and operation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, project management and presentation skills
Strong strategic thinking, creative and positive personality, energetic, initiative
Must be multi-tasking under minimal supervision and team player dedicated to hard work.
Major in Business Administrative, Marketing, Counseling, Psychology, or related disciplines. Good command in Japanese and English
