Job Description:
Company-owned property, as well as profitable properties’ asset management property entrustment’s
² construction and implementation of a plan for improving profits
² management of cost management and instructions for implementation
² construction and implementation of a plan for improving property asset value
² instructing and supervising of the property management company as well as the leasing agent
² creating an monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting report for the investors
² Management of leasing contracts, and assistant to other similar duties in the asset management business
General Requirements:
Experience with the above duties at major real estate companies, real estate funds utilization companies, asset management companies, or real estate department at a trust bank; or three or more years of asset management experience (or experience with the above responsibilities) at another financial institution in its real estate department
PC skills
