Our client is a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm.
Job Description:
Projects – Assigned various projects within different areas of the firm business in Japan, including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, asset management, and support functions such as global operations, controllers, credit and PARA (proprietary accounting and risk analysis); may also participate in global audit projects and work closely with colleagues from other MCD offices
General Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with preference in the finance, accounting or economics degrees
5-7 years of auditing experience or at least 5 years of work experience in the financial services industry (Certifications in CIA, CISA, CFA, or CPA preferred)
Strong intellectual ability, determination, possess high ethical standards, and strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must and a knowledge of Access and PowerPoint is useful
Language Requirements:
English Level – Strong English ability in both written and verbal is essential, as all audit reports are written in English
Japanese Level - Fluent
