Our client is a leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm.
Job Description:
Perform audits as a lead auditor or under the direction of another lead auditor, within assigned budgets and deadlines, which evaluate internal controls, risks involved and the efficiency of various firm operations; analyze business/operational processes focusing on evaluation and testing of internal controls; interview individuals and investigating and documenting the analysis in organized workpapers; draft the results of the audit work in a written report; negotiate and convince management of risks involved and get consensus on agreed resolutions
General Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with preference in the finance, accounting or economics degrees
5-7 years of auditing experience or at least 5 years of work experience in the financial services industry (Certifications in CIA, CISA, CFA, or CPA preferred)
Strong intellectual ability, determination, possess high ethical standards, and strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a must and a knowledge of Access and PowerPoint is useful
Language Requirements:
English Level – Strong English ability in both written and verbal is essential, as all audit reports are written in English
Japanese Level - Fluent
