<Responsibilities>
1）Implementation of investment decision for funds (ITM products: fund of funds, mother-baby family funds)
- Manage ITM funds in line with global and domestic regulations.
- Follow up asset allocation and daily cash flows of ITM funds managed by office inJapan.
- Manage global REIT mother fund(s) based on model portfolios
- Cover FX exposure to buy/sell REITs, foreign domiciled funds and so on.
- Currency hedging of funds
- Monitoring ITM funds performance, performance attribution and risk analysis.
- Prepare documentations and materials for Investment Committee.
2）Coordination with marketing, product development and client servicing team in Japan
- Involve in due diligence of funds selection.
- Involve in creation of products especially at earlier stage.
- Support product documentation team in preparing regular disclosure reporting to clients.
- Attend to the meeting to report funds performance to institutional investors.
- Present strategy to sales forces, clients and prospective investors. The actual presentations would reflect strategy and head quarter would provide basic data for these commentaries. Primary research would not be required.
- Internal and external communication (consultants, clients, Japan’s global affiliates)
3）Liaise with fund managers and client servicing team in Paris
- Support Paris fund managers and client servicing team to maintain and improve the quality of funds and its management delegated to Paris.
- Skills in English communication are required as internal communication is especially important.
<Experience and other requirements>
-business experience of publicly offered investment trust
(preferrable: foreign equity fund)
-knowledge of Foreign Exchange Transaction (business experience
preferable)
-English preferrable
-PC Skill(Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word, Lotus Notes, Bloomberg, T-star, Reuters)
