Our client is a highly integrated real estate merchant banking and investment management firm with expertise in development, asset and property management, and real estate-related technology applications.
Job Description:
To 1) plan out and carry out profit-increasing plan, 2) giving orders for the carrying out and management of cost management, 3) plan out and enforce a property asset value increase plan, 4) supervise the company-owned property, as well as the asset management entrusted property’s interest property, and 5) submit a monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting report to investors, etc.
Asset management duties, including the duties listed above, as well as duties as the assistant
Duties include residential loans company/real estate mediator duties, assessing what property value would match the needs of a developer or investment bank, looking at examples of dealings with neighbors, quickly creating brief reports that include map information, handling the process for residential loans from sign up to accommodating funds, and also utilizing property management, and credit collection for portfolio verification and risk management, etc.
The department’s administrative duties (there is a separate assistant for other teams)
Duties as personal secretary to head of the department
Answer customer questions concerning the above mentioned content
General Requirements:
3 or more years of work experience
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
TOEIC score of 750 or above
Language Requirements:
English Level – Business English level (TOEIC score around 750 or higher)
