Our client is a highly integrated real estate merchant banking and investment management firm with expertise in development, asset and property management, and real estate-related technology applications.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include financial, and business analysis of M&A target entities. Targeted entities are not necessarily limited to real estate related industry but also any industries.
General Requirements:
No less than 5 years experience of financial and business analysis at large business institutions such as investment banks, financial institutions (real estate background much preferred)
Strong Japanese and English language skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Strong computer usage skills, particularly EXCELL
Strong willingness to execute required output in timely fashion
Strong consciousness of team work
Strong mindset to perform the work with proprietorship
Language Requirements:
English Level – Business Level
Japanese Level – Business Level
