Job Description:
Booking in relation to staff travel (business trip, transportation, hotel, visa, apartment etc...)
Liaise with Building Management
Coordinate with fire department (fire drill, annual investigation)
Office administrative duties – e.g. Order stationeries, general office management – conference/seminar room booking
Liaise with Tax Agents – tax related matters
Liaise with BPM – Outsourced Accountants
Liaise with Lawyers
Liaise with Translation Company for Sales & other documentation
Sales Administration – Order entry into Sales System, Seibel, prepare quotes, collection
Coordinate on Customer Satisfaction Survey, updating of Mailing List, notification to partner via e-mail (customer correspondences, product releases etc.)
Support during PR Events
Basic HR support – Leave management, new hire on board processing etc.
Language Requirements:
English Level – Fluent
Japanese Level – Native
