Job Description:
Financial Modeling:
Ø Perform discounted project cash flow modeling and pricing of potential real estate investments such as income-producing buildings and developments
Ø Creation of ad-hoc Microsoft Excel models to perform financial analysis of special situations
Investment Research:
Ø Identify and gather corporate financial information, market data, and statistics
Ø Analyze and filter data to support investment decisions
Transaction Support:
Ø Assist with the creation of presentations and investment memos
Ø Interact with real estate brokers, banks, etc.
Language Requirements:
English Level – Fluent
Japanese Level – Native
