Job Description:
Our Transaction Integration professionals help their clients successfully manage the process and realize the value of integrations. They ensure the seamless blending of financial and operational elements of the transaction.
General Requirements:
5+ years experience within an Investment Bank or Professional services firm
MBA, Japanese or USCPA desirable
Prior experience in corporate carve out projects
Experience in due diligence and post merger integration
Experience in corporate valuation (synergy assessment)
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Language Requirements:
English Level – Advanced Skills (highly preferred)
Japanese Level – Native
