Bilingual & Multilingual IT Professionals

Strong English and Japanese skills plus professional background in IT.

Requirements: JLPT Level 2 and good IT skills and qualifications. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. 

 

English Speaking IT Professionals

Professional IT skills + good English ability but only basic Japanese.

 

Initial placement with one of our international clients doing project based work will coincide with in-house Japanese language training. We set stringent targets in terms of language ability and you will be expected to achieve JLPT Level 2 within 5 years of joining the company. As your language skills improve a greater range of opportunities will be opened to you. You will also be provided with ongoing IT skills training.

Requirements: Good IT skills and qualifications. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. 

Note: Engineers with low Japanese ability should expect to wait for us to find an initial project for you to work on before exceptance into the company.    

*All opportunities also require applicants to hold an Engineer Visa, a Spousal Visa, or a Permanent Resident Visa and should be resident in Japan.

FAST TRACK MANAGEMENT TRAINEE SCHEME

Our management trainee scheme aims to produce the CEOs for our global subsidiaries. Participants can fast track their careers, enabling them to assume upper management positions after just 5 years with the company. There are a limited number of places on the scheme and opportunities to participate will be reserved for only the most talented and promising individuals. Strong Japanese and English language skills are required for the program, and an academic or professional background in IT and/or business management is preferred.
