[Job Description]
In New Business Application or in the Claim team of the Software Development Sectoin, you will participate in:
- Analysing and conceptualizing business requirement. (BR)
- Documenting detailed functional specifications. (DFS)
- Creating the different workflows of the domain
- Supporting in design analysis
- Supporting in test analysis
- To determine what business rules to consider in the project/
maintenance release
- Define the interface of the domain
- Third line support.
- Quick response/ analysis to production problems
- Liaison between users and IT
- Interface with external auditors (Revisers, FSA) in case of any
enquiries
- Follow projects from analysis to test
[Required Skills]
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications in computer science or related field
- 2 years software developement experience
- English and Japanese proficiency are required
- Autonomous team player
- Ability to analyse and summarize
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in an international team
Knowledge of the following will be considered:
- Software development experience (MUST HAVE)
- Insurance or Financial sector experience
- Direct Sales (Call Center and/or Internet) experience
