Responsibilities :
Gap analysis, package evaluation ,implementation and testing, user training
Lead small teams or play a key part in big teams
Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
Model business processes in a functional area on to the package using prior implementation experience
Making proposals to drive business
[Required Skills]
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Engineering / Science and /or MBA degree from a reputed institute

Experience/Skills :
More than 3 years experience as a consultant in a leading organization or as a core team member in a large implementation project
Live implementation experience on Oracle Applications / PeopleSoft /Siebel/EAI is necessary
Should have been through one implementation preferably from the configuration stage
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team
Understanding methodologies and their interaction with other business processes / applications
