DESCRIPTION: ETS is seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our gl obal ETS team. Responsibilities include back-end support of our clients. Trading System products such as Tradebook, Tradebook Futures, SSEOMS and EOR. You will also support customers using FIX protocol, Bloomberg's AEP protocol and MQ which do not require a Bloomberg terminal. The role will involve phone and ticket support for both our internal and external customers as well as proactive system monitoring. Candidates will be required to sign ethics agreements in compliance with the SEC and will participate in an extensive training program.
