Job Description
Maintain effective cooperation with Sales and Marketing.
Educate and lead this market and partners engineers.
Maintain proactive information flow with customers and our organization
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of industry and our targeted technologies
Delivers packaged existing technology presentations and customizes product presentations
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and shapes customer perspective
Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills
Participates in development of technical account strategy
Identifies tactical opportunities and assists in strategic opportunities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years experience in technical role, network engineer, server management or Web Developing experience preferred.
Fluency in Japanese required. Fluency in reading/writing English required. Fluency in English conversation preferred but not required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Presentation skill to run training and technical seminars
Experience in network designs and architecture (e.g. Server Load Balancing, E-Commerce sites, Firewall/VPN sites)
Understanding of TCP-IP (at packet level)
Exposure to Internet technologies (e.g. FTP, HTTP, DNS, Mail, etc).
Good people and communication skills
Proactive thinking to support customers requirement
Maintain self-management skills.
Experience to Web Developing is preferred.
