Job Description:
PC operating system installation (Image installation)
PC operating system installation (OS installation from CD-ROM and basic application installation)
Isolating and dealing with PC problems when they occur
Handling PCs when they experience mechanical breakdown, to include arrangement for repairs conducted by vendors as well as maintenance of those PCs following completion of repairs
Basic operating knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
PC installation and company internal telephone configuration
Composition of user manuals
Ability to communicate harmoniously within the company environment
English proficiency at a level high enough to deal with requests from overseas offices
