We are seeking ambitious, hardworking employees who are eager to learn new technical skills and make a real difference in a growing, international company. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to hire full-time IT Specialist in Japan immediately.
The successful candidate will play an active part in all stages of software development including consultations, gathering user requirements, designing, programming, testing, and deploying new systems and enhancements.
The candidate will participate in planning sessions with business users, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements, assess feasibility of solution, and develop detailed functional requirements.
At the same time the candidate must be a great team player, able to work effectively and pleasantly with colleagues across the firm. The position requires extensive interaction with various different teams within the firm. As such, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well.

[Required Skills]
1. Qualification
(1) Technical requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of software development experience, especially hands-on experiences with software development environment and programming of the software in C/C++, Java or Visual Basic on Windows required. Requires software design, implementation and maintenance skills.
- Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (SQL server, Oracle and Access).
- Ability to understand business processes.
- Strong technical ability in problem solving.
- Technical knowledge of Servers (Windows, Unix, Linux etc.) and Networks preferred.
(2) Personal skills:
- No academic background required. Up to 30 years old is preferred.
- Proven performer under tight time constraints.
- Ability to work with customers, internal business units and third party vendors.
- Good communicator (especially in multicultural environment), hard-worker, proactive and positive attitude.
- Self starter, fast learner and strong team player, who continually seeks challenges.
- Ability to multi-task and balance project work.
- Speak clear Japanese and communicate effectively.
- Ability to speak/read Korean and/or English is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial market is preferred.
