| Requirements:
- General and broad knowledge of Information Technology at Shinsei Bank;
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, (or similar), or more than 5 years direct experience in IT;
- Specialist in either IT Infrastructure or IT Development;
- Working knowledge of IT Security and Systems Risk Management;
- Interview skills - ability to get the correct information by asking in-depth and pointed questions;
- Quality documentation skills ;
- Keen interest in IT Security, IT Control and IT Auditing.
Desirable:
- CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, MCSE or equivalent;
- Bi-lingual with ability to communicate (business-level) and work in Japanese and English;
- Flexible and Responsible - can work unsupervised;
- Team Player - working for the good of the team, not the individual;
- Dynamic - able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Working knowledge of FSA, FISC, BS7799, and ISMS Systems Risk Guidelines;
- Knowledge and experience with SOX attestation;
- Knowledge of banking and financial products;
- Experience as auditor at Big 4.
