Job Responsibilities
• Conducts ITSM assessments for customers using PTS’s ITIL based assessment templates and rating tools, including compiling written assessment reports for customers.
• Performs process planning for customers based on the ITIL framework.
• Performs and supervises IT process design based on the ITIL framework. This may include new process design or process revision and working extensively with customer teams.
• Trains customers on ITIL process in workshop sessions and in classroom settings
• Performs ITSM based software tools assessments.
• Performs implementation planning for ITSM tools for customers based on ITIL framework
• Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor
Desired Experience
• Minimum ITIL Foundations Certification with 3 to 5 years experience
• Project Management certification and or experience
• Background in Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma or CoBiT would be a plus
• Budgetary management experience
• Operational experience in IT operations, including experience implementing at least four of the ten ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery processes and/or supporting tools
• Knowledge of tools e.g. Service Desk Tools, CRAMM etc…
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Project
