We are the world wide leader in managed channel, sales and marketing services for the Fortune class IT industry. We are seeking Japanese & English speaking candidates urgently to further enable our Japanese operations for one of our most aggressive, dynamic and well respected international clients in the IT Telecommunications and Infrastructure space.
We are urgently looking for the following positions.
1. Inside Sales Line Manager
The Inside Sales Line Manager will be responsible leading a highly skilled team of Inside Sales Account Managers assigned to a large US based Multi National Client (MNC) with significant revenue responsibility. The ISLM will be the most senior position in the deployment, and needs to embody MarketStar way’s and principals in a heavily client facing role. The ISLM must ensure that client service levels, budgets and value additive expectations are met on a consistent basis. The ideal Inside Sales Line Manager is success-driven, works well in a diverse team, achieves quota, can work cross culturally and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
2. Inside Sales Account Manager
We need proven top tier individuals to drive market and sales results at an account level, in tandem with an Outside Sales Manager, to a large, lucrative, identified but untapped territory in Japan. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling world class IT solutions, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
3. Inside Channel Account Manager
This role supports all channel development and enablement efforts, field marketing, product launches, product promotions, tele-business, and other lead or sales generating programs. The ICAM drives strategies and programs to multiple distribution and Tier II channel partners and fosters revenue generation. ICAM’s work closely with Sales Account Managers in revenue development opportunities and participate in a cross-functional team environment across the customer facing organization.
4. Sales Development Manager
An SDR focuses primarily in the high volume Mid Market & SMB space generating leads and profiling revenue opportunities. The SDR role is especially critical to the analytical function of the sales organization, as the SDR defines and provides visibility to emerging and growth target organizations. The SDR role is a key stepping stone to the ISAM position and brings with it tremendous experience in marketing, sales, strategy and process.
Candidates must be fluent in Japanese. For Inside Sales Line Manager position, candiates must be fluent in English (TOEIC750 above.). Previous working experience in IT industry is advantage. Successful candiates will be working in our client office in down town, Tokyo.
