Great opportunity to use your management and sales skills with a leading Network security company. This individual must be proficient in maximizing revenues through resellers, and service providers, and have experience in selling network software or solutions. This individual must understand new and existing account development as well as directing the day to day activities of additional field sales and inside sales staff. The position requires a person who is used to meeting revenue quotas on a quarterly basis, and preferably has worked for a US based organization in the past. The position will not have P + L responsibility, however managing expenses and corporate requirements are part of the day-to-day role.
Job description
• Manage all channels sales, Inside sales and direct touch with large accounts in the territory.
• For business partners, includes research, recruitment and training of business partners, and building good relationship with them.
• Requires coordination with Inside Sales and Field Systems Engineer team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3-year management experience required.
• Minimum of 5-year experience in channel sales required, preferably in networking industry.
• Ability to recognize and acquire strategic business opportunities.
• Knowledge in network design and architecture (e.g. Server Load Balancing, E-Commerce site, Firewall/VPN) required.
• Understanding of TCP-IP networking and exposure to internet technologies (e.g. FTP, HTTP, DNS, SSH, etc.) required.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and Networking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• English & Japanese Fluency (read, write, and speak) is required.
