In order to improve the Client's ability to meet rapidly changing and expanding business needs, a new function and process flow with STP or automation will need to be in place.
Responsibilities:
*Day-to-day post trade processing (trade matching, pricing, investment instruction) covers both domestic and foreign securities (equity, bond, etc.)
*Master database maintenance
*Proxy voting
*Daily reconciliation with trust bank
*External communication (broker, trust bank, outsourcing vendor, etc.)
*Internal communication (Trading and Fund Accounting)
*Team management
Qualifications:
(Experience of some of the following is required)
*10 or more years experience in financial area
*5 or more years experience in settlement (trust bank) or post trade processing area
*3 or mroe years in manager role
*Familiarity with commercial systems solutions (Swift, Oasys Global, Trade Suite, JASDEC system, Smart Bridge, Syntax)
*Familiarity with market data vendor (Bloomberg, Reyters,Quick, Telekurs, NTT Data financial, Nikkei Media, Tokyo Keizai, ect.)
*both Japanese and English skills(business level)
