・ Experience of more than 6 years of being involved in the system integration
・ Strong in one or more of the technologies such as;
o Mainframes, AS/400, VB, PB, .NET, J2EE, DBMS(any product)
o Strong DB / Application Design and Architecture Skills,
o Strong programming skills in any of the areas above
o Ability to work with the clients on Proactive
・ Language proficiency -Japanese...native, English...intermediate/ basic
Technical Skills Requirement
・ Quality Planning & Practice- Ability to do analysis and make closure reports.
Technical Knowledge- understanding of performance issues, architecture. In-depth knowledge of
relevant software environment and related tools (programming language, operating systems,
databases, debugging, testing tools).
・ Programming - Code review
・ Testing - Preparation of test tools and data, Debugging.
・ Design - High Level detailed design, Program specification reviews.
・ Analysis- Prototyping, Business, Data and Object modeling.
