[Job Description]
Expected Role:
This person will be responsible for independently planning and executing a customer project. The
person has ability to independently deal with customer and other senior managers.
Activities:
Prepare project plans and schedule to honor commitments made to customer, as per proposal
Execute and monitor the project as per plans
Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables
Define project team organization
Work on Budget, estimation and manpower efforts
Work on Pre-Sales related work
Allocate and monitor tasks to team members
Technical reviews

Experience and other requirements:
Experience of more than 8 years of being involved in the system integration
Strong in one or more of the technologies such as;
Mainframes, AS/400, VB, PB, .NET, J2EE, DBMS(any product)
Familiarity with one or more methodologies such as;
Waterfall, Spiral, Iteration, RAD, etc.
experience in leading a team of at least 10+ people during his / her project management experience
Strong Analytical capability, Problem Solving, Client/Internal Negotiation and People/Team Handling Skills
Experience in handling pre-sales is also preferable.
Having engineering background at the education level from a reputed university in Japan / Elsewhere
Language- Japanese naitive and English intermediate and above
Technical Skills Requirement
Quality Planning & Practice- performance improvement initiatives, project reviews and audits
Technical Knowledge- understanding of performance issues, ability to learn new technologies
Analysis- Preparation and review of RA documents, define scope and system boundaries.
Presales - Knowledge of estimation tools, methods (function points), methodology.
