We are expanding software testing and quality assurance significantly and give you the chance to work, learn and grow in an interesting, technically complex and fast changing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Manage the testing of insurance applications
? Learn the system under test
? Manage a team of 5 to 30 testers (size based on experience)
? Manage a project and team (of 4 staff) introducing Automated Regression Testing
? Determine project test strategy
o Assess go-live risks of a system change together with other departments
o Plan test phases and the test approach
? Manage the test project (planning, execution, reporting)
o Perform project planning (tasks, schedule, resources)
o Communicate with other teams (development, users,…)
o Review test case creation work of test analysts
o Managing risks & issues and making sure tasks are completed on time
o Ensure team cohesion and manage staff
o Report daily on project progress, schedule, issues, risks, mitigating actions
? Measure Software quality
o Establish testing report metrics
o Report script execution results with corresponding defects daily
o Report requirements passing / failing statistics
o Assess risks to go-live after test completion and make go live / not go live decision
o Review if more / less tests are required
? Continuously review Testing processes and suggest improvements
? Organise requirements checks and document inspections (optional)
Job Requirements:
? At least three years experience in the IT industry as a whole including at least 2 years software test management experience
? You have managed a team of 10 testers before.

? You can communicate effectively with a number of stakeholders in different positions
? You can improve team cohesion and manage to coordinate different people to work for a common goal

? You are committed to project success and delivering a goal on time and will take responsibility and resolve sudden problems on your own

? Fluent Japanese language skills (at least JLPT level 2)
