Nexus Corporation, a boutique recruitment firm based in Tokyo, Japan is looking for translators and/or interpreters for one of their clients in Tokyo.
Your responsibilities will include :
Attending and interpreting meetings, reviews, techno-commercial discussions with the Japanese management of the client company and the onsite technical team.
Majority of your time will be focussed on interpretations, however, you are also expected to carry out translations (from Japanese to English and vice-versa) as per requirements.
Qualifications and Necessary Skills :
At least 3-4 years of experience in interpretation.
Native English skills.
Fluency in Japanese language (JLPT Level 1 certification).
Either Financial domain knowledge or IT knowledge.
