Duties:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Training Manager to support a Navy project in Yokosuka, Japan. The Training Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of an enterprise training program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Specific responsibilities include:
- Preparation for a multi-cultural and multi-language environment; development of a Train-the-Trainer plan that will facilitate user training via internal resources throughout its enterprise.
- The establishment of an ERP training requirements plan, addressing succession planning and refresher training; prepare a procedural plan outlining in-place ERP Helpdesk support protocol, procedures and contacts; analyze data to determine recommended approaches and sizing of facilities.
Document training courses conducted and report attendance of these classes; coordinate training arrangements to ensure facilities are available, appropriate training is scheduled and conducted at the appropriate locations.
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
Position requires bachelor's degree (in management or training related field) or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of progressively responsible experience in development and delivery of highly successful training programs. Requires the ability to:
- Speak with senior government officials and military senior officers in formal and informal settings.
- Work with multi-discipline organizations
- Write and deliver oral presentations on a variety of concepts to all levels of personnel
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of a geographically dispersed organization.
Must possess proven leadership skills, with a track record of leading large, diverse teams in a project management environment.
Must command mastery of MS Office applications.Must be able to travel up to 25% of time to locations including, but not limited to Guam, Okinawa, Singapore, Sasebo and Misawa.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a DoD training environment with an emphasis on U.S. Navy support (experience with COMFISCS or a FISC activity a plus); SAP experience a plus; fluency in Japanese a plus.
