DESCRIPTION:
The Analytics Desk provides the highest level of customer service
in the financial industry. Your experience on Analytic Desk will begin with
knowing and understanding of all sorts of financial inquiries from our
broad client base and work in a consultative manner to increase usage and
dependency on the system through daily client interactions.
As the Analytics department interacts with clients by hosting group
seminars, conference calls and one-on-one client trainings, your expertise
will develop further as an in time management, problem solving, public
speaking and customer service as well. You will also be conducting internal
trainings for other Analytics and Sales representatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and
business level of English
* Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Attention to details
* Strong problem solving skills
* A good team player
* Experience in the Financial Markets
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
* Native in Japanese, Business level of English
