Qualifications:
In order of importance:
1. Experience living in Japan (2 year minimum)
2. Strong teaching and public speaking skills.
3. Ability to motivate students.
4. Japanese speaking ability.
5. Teaching certification
Compensation: BA/no experience 39K +benefits, MA/No experience 43K+benefits, BA/5 yrs exp. 43K , MA 5 years exp.47K
