[Job Description] Job Description for Pre-sales Reports to and works closely with Business Development Director to deliver technical and business solutions for customers, especially during the pre-sales stage. Maintain ongoing assistance with business development Director in areas such as technical advice, presentation, demonstrations, and proof of concept to prospects and clients to enhance the whole sales effort. Primary Responsibilities : Responsible for presales work on Technologies�Eservice offerings (requirements meetings and understanding of customers needs, preparation, presentation and demonstration of our solutions) Evangelist of Technologies�Eservice offerings; ratifies business development manager’s understanding of benefits and selling points of service offerings (vs competitors), especially from a technical standpoint Development of pre-sales and demo materials to address the specific business requirements Work with business development managers and prospects on potential application design, solution functionality/technology issues and application prototyping/testing Able to explore customer technical pain, build up comprehensive and convincing total solution. Sell the technical solution based on the customer needs Assist business development managers in identifying opportunities for Technologies�Eservice offerings Work with business development managers on account planning and devise account technical strategies Presentation to customers Hands-on skills for proof of concept Coordinate with domain verticals / technology horizontals / delivery organizations on a case-to-case basis to fulfil the above responsibilities

[Required Skills] Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities) Minimum 3 years experience for solution pre-sales Must be able to demonstrate pre-sales track record in winning customer projects Must have business background with technical aptitude Previous exposure to high profile clients and interaction at high level a must Desired industry experience: BFSI , airline/airport industry a plus Familiar with application development Fluent in JAPANESE , English Understanding of business drivers for IT Strong communication and presentation skills Must understand the current technology trend in BFSI ( Banking, Financial Services and Insurance)
