Bare Associates International (BARE) is today's leading agency specialized in (Global) Customer Service Evaluation.
Currently, we are running several projects for different world-wide-known brands in cities all around Japan, such as Matsuyama, Nagashima, Yokohama, Fukuoka and Nagoya. We are looking for someone who can take the part-time job of Customer Service Evaluator (namely Mystery Shopper) for us.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Evaluator, you may be assigned to visit a shop, and you just need to act as a normal potential customer looking for a particular service or product. After your visit, you will then spend around 15-30 minutes to finish an on-line questionnaire to share with us your customer experience.
Target Cities: 1. Matsuyama, Nagashima, Yokohama, Fukuoka and Nagoya.
2. Other cities in Japan
Job Requirements: 1. 20 year-old or above
2. Speak Japanese well; can read and write in English
3. Students are welcome
Payment: About15 Euro (The specific payment depends on different projects)
